Stone, Brick, Pamment, & Quarry Tiles Floors plus Similar Unglazed Floor Tiles
In the past these tiles may have been oiled, varnished or even painted in an attempt to provide some protection, these treatments are to varying degrees unsatisfactory and leave an artificial looking finish, which is often difficult to maintain.

These traditional floors are, to varying degrees porous, and are best sealed with an impregnating barrier seal to reduce their porosity, before applying an aciyllc seal for surface protection, ease of cleaning and enhanced natural colour. These modern alternatives, are easier to apply, easier to maintain, longer lasting and more natural looking and can, as and when necessary, be easily stripped

We have access to various types of seals and polishes that can be used to produce matt, satin or gloss finishes to suit your personal preference, and the intended of use for the floor.

After achieving the required finish to your floors, you will be able to maintain them to a high standard using the appropriate cleaner maintainer. We will supply you with 1 litre of maintainer as part of the your job.

Initial Seal - Impregnating Barrier Seal or Colour Intensifier
A matt seal that sits just underneath the surface of the tile, that allows the floor to breath, but prevents soiling & stains from getting deep into any unglazed porous tiles or flagstones. They do not contain silicones and can be used inside and outside.

Finishing Seal
A removable polish for tiles that can give a satin glaze or gloss finish and protects against stains and stubborn soiling at the same time.

Maintainer
Cleans, maintains and protects with a gloss in one go.
